Indiabulls Housing Finance will issue non convertible debentures of up to 1000 crore. The issue will begin on March 30, and will close on April 22, 2022.
The issue is the size of a base issue of 100 crore with the option of retaining the oversubscription amount up to Rs 90 crore, which adds up to 1000 crore. The NCDs have been rated as ‘CRISIL A/Stable’ from CRISIL Ratings.
The rate of interest paid is monthly, annually or cumulative based on the preferences of investors.
Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited is one of the largest housing finance companies (“HFCs”) in India in terms of AUM. It is a non-deposit taking HFC registered with the NHB. It is also a notified financial institution under the SARFAESI Act. We focus primarily on long-term secured mortgage-backed loans. It primarily offer housing loans and loans against property to our target client base of salaried and self-employed individuals and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (“MSMEs”) and corporates. It also offer mortgage loans to real estate developers in India in the form of lease rental discounting for commercial premises and construction finance for the construction of residential premises. A majority of Its assets under management (“AUM”) comprise housing loans, including in the affordable housing segment.
