SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited is coming out with a public issue of Secured redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs.1000/- each for an amount aggregating upto Rs. 1500 Crores (“Shelf Litmit”).  The NCD will be Issued in one or more tranches subject to the Shelf Limit in accordance with the term and conditions set out in separate Tranche Prospectus for each such Tranche Issue which should be read together with the Shelf Prospectus of the Issue.   The issue is opens for subscription  29 Sep 2014 and closes on  31 Oct 2014 with an option of early closer or extend

Step 3

Allotment of Bond/NCD First Come First Serve Basis, so don’t wait for last day of issue. After Issue fully subscribe Issue automatically close 2nd day or 3rd day (short notice).
