Update Your Bank Details in Your ICICI Mutual Fund Folio (Offline)

This is useful if you need to update your default bank account for redemption purposes.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Download the “ICICI Mutual Fund Change of Bank” Form: You can collect form from ICICI Mutual Fund office.
2. Print the Form and Attach Cheques:
   • Old Bank: Attach a copy of a cancelled cheque from your old bank account.
   • New Bank:
     • If your name is printed on the cheque from your new bank, attach a copy of a cancelled cheque.
     • If your name is not printed on the cheque, attach a copy of the first page and the page showing your current transaction of your new bank passbook.
3. Submit the Form: Visit any ICICI Mutual Fund office or CAMS office and submit the completed form along with the attached documents.
