There are three ways to redeem your Kotak Mutual Fund units: online, offline through a branch, or with your advisor. This guide will walk you through the offline and online redemption processes.
Offline Redemption
- Download the Redemption Form: You can find the Kotak Mutual Fund Redemption Form online or pick one up at a Kotak Mutual Fund office or Download from here.
- Complete the Form: Fill in the following details:
- Investor Name
- Folio Number
- PAN Number
- Scheme Name
- Amount or Units to Redeem (Select "All Units" if you want to redeem everything)
- Submit the Form: Visit your nearest Kotak Mutual Fund office or CAMS Registrar office and submit the completed redemption form.
Online Redemption
New Users:
- Create a User ID: Visit the Kotak Mutual Fund Login Page and click on "Create User ID." Enter your Folio Number and PAN Card Number to begin the registration process.
- Log In: Once you have your User ID, return to the Login Page and enter your credentials.
Existing Users:
- Log In: Visit the Kotak Mutual Fund Login Page and enter your User ID and password (or use OTP if enabled).
- Redeem Your Units: On the homepage, click "Transact Now" and select the fund you want to redeem from. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the redemption process.
- Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation message via email or mobile phone. The redeemed funds will be credited to your bank account within T+3 working days (equity funds).
Additional Tips
- You can use a common transaction form for redemption in most mutual funds.

Remember:
- The cut-off time for determining the day's NAV (Net Asset Value) is typically 3 PM. Redemption requests submitted before 3 PM will be processed at the current day's NAV.
